Coaching.
I am a professor at UCLA's school of Theater, Film and Television with an MFA from the same. I've taught guest workshops on auditioning, acting and the industry at USC, NYU, UWYO, and UNI. I regularly teach at various acting schools and workshops around Los Angeles in subjects including: acting for the camera, auditioning technique, actor self care, voice and speech, vocal extremes and dialects.
I believe in helping my students approach scenes with various techniques depending on what the scene calls for including elements of Hagen, Stanislavsky, Meisner, Viewpoints, Alexander, Improv, and more. I include a great deal of actor self care in my teaching and approach the actor as a whole person in their work.
30 min Career coaching / consult - $65
This is your time to ask a casting professional any questions you have about your type, your acting profiles, headshots, or to get help if you're stuck with your next steps in your career. I also advise on actor self-care and can advise some creative things you can do for yourself to reinvigorate your imagination.
60 min Acting coaching - $100 (Zoom), $150 (In Person)
This is to really dig into your acting to take it to the next level. We will work on any issues you may be having - audition nerves, character issues, timing, ect. An outside eye can help spot problems you may not be able to see in your work, answering the question: why am I not booking?
60 min Audition coaching - $80 (Zoom), $125 (In Person)
This is to make sure that self tape is producer-worthy. I will make sure we get your read to a place where I feel, as casting, that I would pass you along to the next level. I can also be your reader over skype or zoom for this.
DIALECT COACHING - Price upon request
Price depends on the dialect and is available upon request. I have an MFA from UCLA with a dual emphasis in acting and dialect/speech production. I have taught dialects at UCLA as well as coaching film and theater around throughout LA.
